Lynn is a Recipient of 8 Global Awards, all of which were received during Covid-19, the most noteworthy being her induction on 15 March 2021 into the Women Appreciating Women Hall of Fame (UK), joining approximately 700 Women across the Globe, recognized for their heroic & legendary impact on Humanity. She has received her first Lifetime Achiever’s Award on 25 July 2021 at the 7th Edition of the Arise Africa Achievers Awards, recognizing her inspirational and humanitarian contribution on the African Continent.
She has won the Positive Female Role Model Award, Individual NGO Category for the Southern African Region at the 9th Gender Mainstreaming Awards Africa (September 2021) and has received the “Woman of Wonder Visionary Award” on 12 December 2021, after receiving the “Women of Wonder I CONQUER AWARD” the previous year.
This Iron Maiden is a survivor of Multiple Rape, Teenage Pregnancy, abuse in many forms; Divorce, Single- parenthood & a Business World direly lacking in integrity. Her experiences authenticate her teachings.

She further progressed to become an independent Consultant specializing in Competency Based Assessment; Performance and Diversity Management Consulting; Leadership Coaching; Process Facilitation and Training and individual Coaching and Counselling. Lynn has 30 years of Industry experience across various sectors of which Education; Energy; Financial Services and the NGO Sector have been primary. Her Workshop and Speaking themes evolve around the Principles of Self-Leadership, Excellence, Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence, Leadership Development; Personal Branding & Diversity Management.
